All products purchased from Lume Home are professionally packaged to arrive safely. We use FedEx for all shipping. Please contact us for a quote for purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

Return Policies

The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and as initially sold.
Unwrapped shades WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
